The week began with a dream

Of how time might be optimised

So that by the end of the week, progress will have been made.

It began with a puzzle – How does spiritual practice both align and synchronise with a day’s work?

This can be measured directly, through a simple conscious breathing practice – inhaling peace, exhaling love, inhaling peace, exhaling love..

Then, a peaceful mind arises, calm pervades your working space, and inner peace grows

And, to align this peaceful mind with one’s weekly work, a steady intention is ensured – May my every action create a cause for happiness for others – actions of body, actions of speech and actions of mind.
